Yoga for Menopause at Cottage Reflexology

Bridget Whitehead has been practising Yoga since 1989 and teaching since 1999. Bridget originally trained to teach yoga with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and completed her training with them in 2002. She then went on to train with the Inner Yoga Trust (IYT) and completed her training with the IYT in 2004.
Many women feel isolated and alone when they go through menopause due to the drop in hormones and the changes to our body. I run regular classes at Cottage Reflexology which are an enjoyable way to share your experiences with other women, laugh and embrace the changes while also learning from each other. As well as relax and have some time to yourself.
You will learn yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindful meditation practises to manage your main menopause symptoms, such as hot flushes, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, lack of focus and low mood.
